Service area
We currently provide cleaning services only within Wagga Wagga, NSW and surrounding suburbs. Bookings outside this area may not be accepted.
Pricing & Payments
all services are charged at fixed rates based on home size and number of bathrooms.
A $50 first clean surcharge applies to all new bookings to cover the extra time typically required.
Payments are due on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment via bank transfer or cash.
A $20 late fee applies to overdue payments.
Room & Bathroom Limits
Our cleaners will only clean the rooms and bathrooms specified at the time of booking. Extra bedrooms or bathrooms will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Access & Safety
Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled day.
Pets must be secured for the duration of the clean.
We will wait up to 15 minutes upon arrival. If no one is home and access is not provided, the full clean cost will be charged.
First-Time or Deep Cleans
first cleans are more detailed and may take longer than future maintenance cleans.
What's included
Services include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, internal surfaces, mirrors, and windows (interior only).
Add-ons like oven cleaning, interior cabinet cleaning, skirting board wipe-downs, and cobweb removal are available at additional cost.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the working environment is unsafe, unhygienic, or abusive.
